Yeah, darn, I thought I forgot something. Darn it!!! But soap is sulfate-free, right? So just mark that and "other, please explain". That should probably cover it. I hope, because that's a big oops from me right there.

I use sulphates and silicones (though I’m flexible on the latter). I tried for so long to stretch watches and used all sort of products to try and be able to stretch longer, but I also had one long, continuous SD flare the whole time that didn’t go away until I washed it daily with Nizoral. Now I’m very other day but just use a sulphate shampoo.

Good point. I'll use pretty much any and everything that is good for my hair, natural or "un-natural" I don't have any hair philosophy that would limit me to only natural products, only conventional stuff etc. I'll use it if my hair likes it.

Hmm. Sulphate-free in principle but product-specific negotiations with my scalp are ongoing! I have 2 shampoos that my scalp likes but I'm not a fan of how my hair looks after several uses, so still trying to find my HG (currently trying a sulphate-mild shampoo). Ideally I'd CO-wash but I really don't have the energy for that.

I might come back to vote in time, if my scalp and hair can ever agree

Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness

I voted "sulfate" and "sulfate-mild", because I alternate between the two. My hair enjoys milder products, but my scalp needs heavy duty SLS. Sulfates don't harm my hair as long as I oil it beforehand and handle it gently, and my scalp is grateful.

Sulfate user. I did try not using them few years ago but I felt like I was then using more shampoo, so I just went back to sulfates.

    Sulfate-free and no-poo

I usually clarify with magic water or by adding more citric acid to my mix to counter the hard water I have.
I'm also experimenting with using a mild sulfate-free shampoo after I have rinsed out my no-poo mix, to see if I can use that as well. It's hard to make both hair and scalp happy, but I'd rather have a happy scalp than happy hair (I can always put my hair away in a bun).

I honestly have no idea, never having looked at the ingredients. The products work, they are inexpensive, and easy to obtain. Those are my criteria.

    May as well be cheese!

Sulfate free. I have a mild allergy that breaks me out in itchy dermatitis. I didn't use soap for like a year until I realized it was the sulfates bothering me and found a body wash by Shea Moisture that worked beautifully.
