Wow, that is very elaborate! I don't think I would ever wear anything quite like that, since I'd be worried it would fall off my head, but it does have lots of sparkles. :P Have you tried looking on Etsy? I feel like they have everything there.

They're less hair toys in this case, more accessories for a traditional outfit/formal thing so probably stores that sell those. If you're in the right countries/places, a jewellery store (costume or 'real') may have them. That's where people I know get traditional Indian hair accessories for weddings or other formal occasions. Stores that sell traditional clothing could help point you in the right direction. If you have a Chinatown or some sort of area where you live, maybe try there?

Otherwise, online shops that are pointed towards this type of thing.

Edit: Hairjems at Etsy does some sticks with danglies off them which might be similar to some in the first video: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Hairjems

Cupcake, oh my god, sticks from this store are beautiful, thanks! Too bad it's Canadian, I prefer EU stores, customs creep me out (I have traumatic experiences with ordering from US). But they're really, really beautiful.

Bonus question: how do I make first hairstyle without fake hair? Lol.

I'm not sure how crafty you are but hobby supply stores usually have great bead selections and I dont think it would be too hard to attach to something like an amish pin/hair pin of sorts just for added decoration? I have been up all night so maybe I am simplifying it in my head lol. I am sure it wouldnt be so glamorous as those beauties in the videos though.

CarnevalMefisto on Etsy has pretty dangly hairsticks. They're located in Poland, I don't know if that means you wouldn't have to go through customs or not. https://www.etsy.com/shop/CarnevalMe...hopheader-name

ETA: I love absolutely everything about the second video. Wow.

https://www.aliexpress.com/ (in women's hair accessories). Maybe add the word "bride" and a minimum price of, say, $10, to weed out the simple stuff. Most of the merchants there class these elaborate items as "bridal".

Unless your hair is extraordinarily long (at least long enough to sit on at minimum, and that's still probably too short) you probably will need fake hair (or something like a bun maker tube to fake volume) to get hairstyles like in those videos
