    femmefatale, than one looks pretty!

Here's mine again, today I went like this. It's a very comfy style, I think I'll be doing it a lot from now own! i just have to flip my braid twice around itself and secure with spin pins. Flexi is just deco.

I tried it just doing a Dutch braid and then folding it twice.
    It's huge!
Three claw clips held it pretty well for a while but eventually it started to hurt and I took it down.

    Finally made a signature!

That looks beautiful! But, just curious, don't you fold it under the braid? That's what I do, and practically it hold by itself, with some spin pins to secure it and hide the ends I folded it twice that way.

That would be a different style to this one, though, wouldn't it?

Edit: Yes, that would be the Tucked French braid, hairstyle of the month from last May.

Thank you for the compliment . It is a disc bun! Still my favorite, but I took this when I had just learned to do them and secured it with a fork against my head, which makes it look super big but I have since learned that it’s more comfortable for me to slide the fork through the center of the bun without grabbing any scalp hair.

Discs and folded braids are basically the only hairstyles that are consistently comfortable and hold well for me.

Hope that you like it I used a couple of black spin pins and the featured lilla rose U-pins to do it (plus a mini rubber in the end of the braid)

This is lovely! Can you (or someone else with WL+ hair) tell me what you do with the tail once you’ve folded the braid? I’m just creeping towards waist and I can’t quite figure out how to get the last couple of inches to sit neatly behind the braid anymore.

Mmm you are right oh well, I prefer it that way, my hair is quite heavy to just fold the braid and put some pins to secure it! I guess it would have gave me a headache too

I just fold it again over ifself, and hide the ends under the braid too

Thank you Milady, I probably just need to use a few pins so that it doesn’t slither out
