I have natural red highlights in my light brown/auburn hair. I have been using henna glosses for just over a year now to cover some white hair I'm getting and to bring out the red. The thing I like about doing the gloss is that the color slowly builds over time and it's not enough for anyone except me to notice that it's changing. If you use oil and lemon juice in your gloss, the color doesn't take quite as well, at least for me. But recently I switched to using hibiscus tea in my gloss and had really good results.
