That fork looks Gorgeous in your hair, Milady.
That reminded me that i also have a fork of theirs... It seems my hair already grew into it too and i can comfortably wear it.

Seeing how pretty your fork is tho, maybe I will give it another chance and ask again
Okay, so an update on what I posted above a few weeks ago:

I re-messaged the seller and asked if she was still up for making one. She must have read through our prior messages, because she apologized several times for forgetting she had agreed several months ago.

I will post a pic when I get it... Lithuania is kind of far, so we'll see how long it takes lol.

I recently received my order from MDWoodenArt on Etsy and I'm in love. I have been searching for years for a wide tooth wooden comb and no matter what I purchased none have been good for detangling my hair (comb tines too fat or close together and not long enough to reach into my thick/volume curly hair). Well, this comb is absolutely amazing in every way I ever wanted. It is huge and easy to hold in a comfortable way, with very long tines that aren't too fat. It glides through my hair. It's just so lovely. I'm in love. Makes me never want to purchase another comb again because I love it so much.

Ooh that's great to hear Shepherdess! I found wooden combs had too fat teeth too (unless they were a lot closer together) - that's really cool! What is the spacing between them?
Length goal well and truly met, now just seeing how it grows ...
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness

Thank you very much!! Yes! It looks like they have a lot of different types of combs in their shop. l ordered the biggest one that I could find (listed 18cm by 7.5cm) with narrower looking teeth.

Here's the spacing of the teeth next to a ruler:

And here it is compared to my biggest wide tooth hard rubber comb, the spacing is about the same, but it's a bit deeper.

Oh for sure, I've had wooden combs from other shops that were wayyy more expensive, and not as nicely built or as smooth inbetween the tines.

This is one of my absolute favourite pieces ever... leafy spider! I had an idea for a custom design; this artist was so lovely to work with, and pulled it off to perfection.

Wood is cherry, spider is black tourmaline, and leaves are malachite. Sorry, my hair is an absolute disaster, lol.
