Brand new, looking for advice

Hello, nice to meet you all. I actually found this site via a YouTube video about henna application. I joined mainly to gain more information from those experienced with henna, as well as natural conditioning, and probably other things associated with growing and caring for long hair. I spent a good chunk of my life experimenting and destroying my hair, as a result I've had short hair. Now that my hair has managed to grow out to the middle of my back (give or take 9 years to get that long from neck length), I figured some friendly advice from those more experienced could be beneficial. Thanks again in the future.

The henna / natural dyes and recipes thread might be useful to you. There is a big henna FAQ there that you can read through, and if there are more questions you can for sure ask there.
