Cool My first... uh... cinna-turd bun!

I really don't know what to call this bun. It started out as a cinnamon bun, but... well...

Ignore the blurriness, it was taken with my webcam. And yes, I know my hairsticks are both at a bit of a funny angle. It's fixed now :P

However, despite it looking rather lumpy and odd, I am very happy with this bun. I've never managed to make a good bun (i.e. one that stays in for more than a few seconds) before. And this one is very comfortable! I just wish it showed the red henna colour properly...
Started at shoulder length (age twelve, sixteen inches)
Currently at classic length (reached at age nineteen, forty-five inches)

I agree, I don't know what you'll end up naming it, but it's so beautiful and unlike any other bun I've seen! Did you have problems in getting it twisted that way?
I'm amazed that's your first bun!!

You're hair is gorgeous by the way! LOVE the color!

That looks beautiful! Your hair looks so thick and soft.

I think it looks neat--now take it down and try and get it that way again.
