Oi, Booky, are you done playing and wanna share, yet?

And oi, again. Lookee and what I spied today! Acrylic helix forks (now in the sold section)!!! Someone had most of them reserved, but someone else (may've been me ) nabbed the only other one up for sale, a blue one! Kirbie has enough acrylic to make another fork of each colour that was reserved if anyone's interested!

ETA: haha, Alexandrina--snap! And yup, I will.

    Yeah C_Bookworm, spill the beans

I noticed those acrylics too and am very curious about the quality; some of the stuff I've purchased from CS&L have been a little overpriced for what it is (in my opinion). I've never bought one of her super expensive helixes, but I think $100.00 to $130.00 is a bit steep considering Furnivals does an excellent job and charges 60% of that price. I think the acrylic ones were around $50.00 which is definitely better and I'd love to hear a review when you've gotten your goodies Crystawni!

Sorry guys! I played a bit but haven’t taken pictures. I will today after my hair dries. In the meantime, here’s an inaction shot:

Those acrylic helixes looked amazing!!! I really hope whoever ordered them will pop in with a report

Booky, I'm gobsmacked! What an awesome haul! The half-up trident looks amazing on you!

mwallingford, I'm right there with you on pricing, and only try to buy at the discounted prices although they keep getting steeper and steeper so the reductions don't really do much any more. Thank goodness for cheaper international shipping, though (which can be a big factor for me). With my bulk of hair, I prefer the larger CS&L diameters and the topper shape as well, but do find Furnival's have a much better finish to go with that better pricing.

Thanks! There are some unique fork shapes I haven’t tried before. So when the clearance lot came up, I jumped on it. I’m not sure how many will be a good fit for me, but I rehome a lot of my hairtoys anyway If my momma ends up growing her hair out, it’ll be fun testing them out on her, too.
