I found a discarded full bottle of Shea Moisture manuka honey conditioner over the summer, I used my last 2 washes and my hair smells so good, is very soft, and still fluffy and full looking (not weighted down and flat). The downsides: the small bottles cost too much for regular purchases, and I still had to swipe my conditioner bar on the last few inches (that part is so high maintenance and needs extra everything so not the fault of this conditioner).
