Maui Moisture shampoo and conditioner

Anyone have any thoughts on these? I just bought them today since they are all natural and sulfate free but I have shoulder length hair and I want to make sure I'm using good products that wont hurt my growth!

The real test will be how your hair responds. I got a sample of Maui Moisture recently, and I thought it performed pretty darn well for being cone and sulfate free. That being said, my hair likes sulfates and cones so it's not a good choice for me in the long run.

I agree with czech it out. It depends on what your hair does on that product. They were all over YT recently. Of course a lot of naturals have been trying to look for alternatives to SM after their campaign (where they "conveniently" forgot about their primary audience). Big hoopla on YT, for sure.

Let us know how you like them. If there isn't already a dedicated thread on these products, maybe this could be it?

I just started the agave conditioner which I like. The products smell great.

I wanted to try samples but did not find any.The bottle looks tiny for the price.

So far Im really loving it! I did add some jojoba to my conditioner though so that could be why im loving it!

Today on a whim I bought their Bamboo Fibers Fortifying Mask. It also contains castor oil and neem oil - I'm excited to see how it performs.

I tried this brand and it sucked! I returned it the next day.. good riddance.

Turned out I returned it because I'm allergic to it!

Oh no!

I'm sorry you guys didn't have a good experience. I tried out the mask last night and followed with cwc. It was much, much easier to finger detangle and when I combed it after drying, there was little pull on my ends.

I'm not looking to change up my shampoo or conditioner, though I was almost tempted, so I will take your words of caution and just be happy with my mask!
