    Did you upload your picture to an image hosting site first? You can't directly link from your computer, and it... looks like that's what you're doing? Unsure.

    I see someone found the words at the bottom where you can size the thumbnails (giving you a different BBcode, hence the size difference). I always do that, but thought people just knew.
