How delicate are the forks/sticks? I've been ogling them but I'd be worried that they would break if dropped or torqued too much.

Mine are sturdy enough to put in your bun, but don't drop them! I never dropped mine, but there's a line on her site about being careful not to drop them I think.

I drop things fairly often.
