I wash my hair in warm and during my final rinse I dial back to lukewarm, or cold if I can stand it (I usually can't). But my skin doesn't get babied as much as my hair so once it's bunned up with conditioner, there's steam jetting out of the shower. I love scalding hot showers.

As hot as the water heater can make. It's thermostat is turned down to the lowest setting which I don't remember at the moment but is still quite warm. I hate cold water

Still pretty accurate. If I'm washing my scalp only, I'm even more careful with the heat because the water will be running down my face for several minutes.
