My skin is sensitive to heat so I shower in relatively cool water (lukewarm/warm). It has nothing to do with hair; I would wash it in any temperature that I preferred. My skin just happens to dictate here.

ETA: If I'm saunaing, I shower in cool water, and the final rinse is even cooler.

Lol, I wish I could do that, it's supposed to be good for skin and stuff but I'm such a chicken for such things, even if the bad feeling lasts only a few minutes or seconds I want to avoid it. DH actually goes in and out of the sauna 3 times and jumps in a natural water pool... and that's at night, in winter. He only stays a short time, and then just washes his face and arms, but still. I can't
He has very nice hair but that's another topic. He's got good genes anyways.

After being in the sauna, I could actually stay in the cool shower forever! It feels sooo good, but I have to conserve the space in our dirty water tank, haha.

Not "burning", but warmest I can get it, as in "still comfortable on the skin" warm.

Warm - my body would prefer hot and I would prefer barely warm for my hair, so warm is a nice compromise. My skin is also happier if it's not hot (though if I'm still feeling a bit cold by the end of the warm shower, I'll do a quick hot rinse on my body with my hair out of the way, then be quick to moisturise well afterwards).
Length goal well and truly met, now just seeing how it grows ...
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness

Same temperature as my body which is what feels comfortable but not stingy on the skin. I've read it's the best temperature for washing hair as it's warm enough to remove sebum build up without drying out your hair too much.
I also then rinse out the conditioner with cold water

I usually have warm showers, but when I was the hair I try to use lukewarm water.

I voted cheese; I only wash in cold water at home, a bucket bath or a dip in water from a spring in the woods. But if I was indoors in a shower it would have to be nice and warm, I couldn’t stand a cold shower then! At camp in summer we have cold outdoor showers, under the sky and sunshine! And I love a cold shower if I’ve just fully heated up in the sauna. It’s complicated!

Typically I shower with barely warm. However lately, I've been using warm. I try to turn it down to lukewarm when rinsing my hair.
