I’m in the process of trying to figure out what I want LadyIdun to make for me. I want a matching pair or two.
So today is a twisty top bun with two new pale pearl pink hair sticks.
P.S. I use several different cameras and settings to take my pictures and it always amazes me how different they all make my hair look. It almost looks light brown in this shot. That’s the thing about blonde hair….it reflects light and shadows. The lighting is terrible in my bathroom for hair pictures. Maybe I should change locations.
The carnation looks so lovely in your hair! I can’t remember the last time I saw a real one. I think they are so pretty and the petals are so soft. I don’t think I’ve ever succeeded in growing one. Oh, this happens to me, too! I tend to stick to one or two buns at a time and all of the sudden a new bun will take it’s place for some wierd reason. I have some side hair? Old side bangs? Growing out and they started to stick out too much (like straight out for an inch) with a Nessa, so I had to switch to another for a while…
Fancy! I read earlier that you are doing other four strand braids! That’s so cool! I think four strand braids are so pretty (and exciting because they are quite hard. I can do them on other people, but have trouble doing them on myself still)!
…and today I am in a Figure Eight bun (the one where you make a cinnabun and pull the middle loop straight up and stick a stick in the middle of the loops of the “eight.” The lady in this video pulls hers down instead…I can’t find the video I initially learned it from…). This one seems to work better with the wierd layers I’m growing out now.
