baby Hairs everywhere!-Regrowth

This is so weird! I'm not using any growth assistants (monistat, etc.) and I have LOTS of baby fine hairs at my temples and the base of my neck that are about 1/2-1" long. I have also almost stopped shedding all together. Some shedding occurs during my BBB brushings nightly, but in the shower...almost nothing! The weirdest part is that the ones growing on the base of my neck are growing in lighter than the rest of my hair. I wonder how thats going to play out when they get longer?

Is anyone else getting lots of regrowth without "trying"...?
