Do you perhaps have a tutorial for your victory rolls? I seem to have two left hands and yours look perfect.

Oh I love vintage styles! I have trouble making victory rolls etc, but I like making vintage inspired buns (like in my siggy where I'm wearing a vintage comb)

I also have this style I did a while back of a gibson tuck/roll

this one is similar, but I was really trying to make it look like scarlet o'hara's hair from gone with the wind!

I'm going to follow this topic. Love all your 'do's, they really inspire me to try something like that!

Thanks Spirals! I like the idea of putting the hair up in a scrunchie before pinning. I'll have to give that a go. It's a look that really suits you!

Hey Sijlaurence, I just learned how to do them by watching youtube tutorials (there are a lot of victory roll tutorials on there). They take a lot of practice and don't always work out but you just have to keep at it.

Wow, all of you who have posted pictures look so pretty

Sadly I think I'll have to admire your photos from afar, as my own hair won't hold any kind of style to save its life!

You all look great. I am still working on finger waves. I just can't seem to get them right. Like victory rolls, they take practice.
