I'm doing my modified SMT at the moment, I didn't realize how good it was until I skipped it for a store bought hair mask last week... it was disastrous.

I've been doing a modified SMT lately. I've been skipping the aloe and using avocado instead. So far so good.

It's been a while since I did an SMT, but the weather is a bit static-y and my frizz is currently overtaking my head, so I'll skip it. Or try adding a spoonful of olive oil to the mix, It used to help...

Can't wait to give this a go. I'm going to try a yogurt fenugreek mask this week, and will try the SMT method in the next 2 weeks. Will definitely post results.
