I oil my hair quite frequently, but I don't think I've ever deep conditioned. (oof) I'll have to try that this week, and let you know what I come up with.

Garnier Papaya Hair Food mask for 20 minutes.

I did a “true” deep condition as in I actually left it on for more than 30 minutes (three hours) with a shower cap. I used Not Your Mother’s Matcha Green Tea & Wild Apple Blossom Butter Masque. My hair seemed to absorb most of it. I think I might try doing this kind of deep conditioning more often.

That Not Your Mother’s Matcha Green Tea & Wild Apple Blossom Butter Masque sounds very interesting!

I did my weekly deep conditioning today with Garnier Papaya Hair Food mask, again (this time 10 min under a heat cap and another 10 min without).

Two days ago, I did my very first hair mask and deep conditioning treatment!
I did the Garnier's Coconut hair mask for an hour or so after having swum, and then, after I washed that out I put in Neutrogena deep conditioner and went to bed, cause I was going to wash it out the next morning, but when I woke up, my hair was so soft and shiny, I couldn't believe it, so I didn't wash it out.
I will definitely be doing this weekly. My hair needs it very much.

I also did my first "proper" deep conditioning (out-of-shower with a shower cap) a few weeks ago after having some level of long hair almost all my life and I was very surprised by how big of a difference it made!

I'm using Shea Moisture JBCO masque and I applied some jojoba and olive oil on top. I plan on letting it sit for 30-60 minutes.

Today I've deep conditioned using Queen Helene Super Cholesterol Hair Conditioning Cream. I let it sit in my hair for 10 minutes without heat. Then, I rinsed it all out. It felt so amazingly soft and moisturized!!! I'm really looking forward to doing this type of treatment again very soon within the next 2 days from now!

Saturday I did a modified SMT (no aloe, didn’t have any) all day while hanging around the pool. It was on my hair for a good 8 hours. Felt so nice and thick afterwards. Going to shoot to do this at least 1x per week, and all day on pool days this summer.
