It's so bad!! They're so cheap and so many different colors and so pretty and shiny that I just can't resist - even now I'm combing through getting ready for my second batch of clips and trinkets while I wait for the first. I will need to FORCE myself to wear them all, or give away what I don't.

I haven't gotten to looking at the scrunchies yet either.....

I also ordered some socks, my other guilty pleasure, bit one can neeeevveeeeeerrrr have too many socks what with dryer gremlins always around...

That's... a lot of henna! Almost my own weight in henna, actually.

I bought four bottles of Urtekram lemongrass conditioner today. They were on sale. I think I will be using these as my first C, since I have a conditioner bar that I use for my last round of conditioner. There is a lot of aloe in these. It's second on the ingredient list (after water). Usually makes my hair soft, but I don't feel like they will when I apply in the shower, because my hair doesn't get that slippy feeling while wet... I'm trying to understand why. I don't believe it's the lack of cones, because I have many cone free conditioners that still makes my hair easy to brush through wet. Maybe it doesn't have those fatty alcohols. I haven't checked.

To me, henna was always what we used for temporary tatoos for parties or weddings (I grew up living next door to a Pakistani family). Would love to try it for my hair some time, because I've heard it's good for the strands, but I can't, because I don't want anything to mess with my natural color.

You could try Sedr It gives the same plant wax conditionining as henna does (which is what makes hair feel thicker, and provides a bit of a damage reduction barrier, but without the second part (the lawsone).
