Happy to report that both of these purchases seem great at first glance! We’ll see if they last, but the claw clips hold a great deal of hair— I used one of them on either side of a cinnamon bun yesterday— and the forks are currently holding my weird crown braid much more comfortably than my usual spin pins do, and they were much quicker to slide into place. Can’t complain about either outcome! The forks are definitely malleable in case anyone is wondering. Spin pins don’t change shape at all but these are as easy to bend as your average bobby pin. This is neither good nor bad, just something to note that I haven’t experienced in any other hair fork before. I wouldn’t even call them a fork honestly. They are really more like a hybrid between a side comb and a fork.

Anyway I hope that helps someone.

Haven’t noticed anyone else on here order the comb/fork things. Anyone have them? Share your thoughts with the class!

Yesterday I picked up a Plantsilk Pocket Bonnet to try sleeping it. It says hand wash but I may try washing on delicate in a small mesh bag.

A cheapie "honey and almond" scented shampoo to match the cheapie conditioner I already had. Clarifying often seems to make CO work better for me.

A pink Tangle Teezer! I had a dupe, but the bristles started to bend so I had to get a new one. Unfortunately I couldn't find the dupe anywhere (it was *waaay* cheaper), but I found the Tangle Teezer at a reasonable price (10 Euros, compared to 17 Euros online).
