I do that all the time....scan the reviews to see if it was an LHC gal...and know most of them; face to face I'd have no clue on most though

Right now the products are being offerred 4 for $20 online. Not sure if this valid in-all Sally Beauty supply stores, as you have to check with your local Sally's for that, as my store didn't even know anything about the special, even though it's being shown on-line, which I showed the sales clerk in my phone, but things were never effectively straightened out, so I left there empty handed and had to order my products online. I did end up making a complaint about such to Sally's main center itself and they said that they would contact my local store in regards to this issue.
