Bri, it's really a gorgeous shade of turquoise/kingfisher blue! It's Elumen Tq@all.
I'm sorry for the bad photo(s), but we are installing the AC these days, so I have no glamorous makeup and fancy hairdos to pair with the pretty color

The only thing I'm not sold over, is the purple root. Too pinky. Before washing I'll take the Tq@all higher to overlap better.

ETA: I did it! The turquoise is actually super vibrant despite the faded pink underneath :inlove:

Ok what is the longest lasting, non bleeding Cobalt/indigo blue? Manic panic after midnight was too green. Pinky midnight blue is a great color but it's running off on everything! My hair is virgin dark brown with gray sprinkled in.

I personally really like Pravana Vivids, great long lasting results. Pravana Blue is a mouthwatering bright cobalt.
On virgin hair Elumen has the best longevity, but it will probably stay forever... How permanent do you want the color to be?

Thank you for the article links. Sounds like color transfer is a fact of life with dark blue. Good thing I bought navy blue sheets.
