I grew exactly 7 inches this year, that averages to .583 inch a month, but it's completely random. I think I got an inch boost sometime between March and April because of vitamins and hormones.

About 1/4" per months. If I get a luckly growth spurt it'll give me upto 1/2". I seem to average out about 4-5" per year.

Since May 2019, I grew about 6 inches. But less in some months and more in others. I just realized it now, I thought it was less.

About a centimeter. I also trim just under that about every 3 months so I'm a slow and steady grower.

Oh goodness. I’ve never in my life heard or read of such a phenomenon.
By the end of this year , you will have growth 7 to 10 1/2 inches. I look forward to seeing this.

I grow about 7 inches a year at best. A bit more than the average 1/2 inch per month

I lack patience so, for me, it grows excruciatingly slow; sometimes it doesn't grow at all in a month and then spurts out of nowhere . It roughly grows 1/4 inch a month.

I just calculated the past two years' growth rate from all my measurements and it turned out to be about 8 inches a year! Without trims. Which is strange to me because it always seems to grow really slow in my opinion, but 8 inches a year is faster than average.
Started at SL 16", APL 19", BSL 23", MBL 25", WL 27", HL 30" is my goal!

Haven't measured since the early days of my ~journey~ but it used to be 1.5 cm a month pretty much on the dot.
No trim first half of 2020; No dye until 2022.
