What is your growth rate?

Normal growth rate, at a steady 0.5 inches a month. I'm happy with it. How can I not be? It isn't stalling and is plodding gently along, as can be expected. So... yeah. 6 inches a year. Something to celebrate, I think.

My hair has always seemed to grow fast, but I always dyed it so I had a good metric. Now that I'm not dying it anymore, we'll see if I can keep up.

Going by my roots, I stopped dying about 15 months ago and they are just over 7 inches, so a fairly normal 0.5" per month approx. Will see if the EO usage speeds that up any.

Oh yeah! How does that speed up hair growth? Like lavender oil?

The last year that I kept measurements, I averaged 2/3 of an inch per month. This included both faster growth in the summer and fall and slower growth in the winter and spring. Slowest growth of all was in the winter, about 1/4 inch per month.

i'm at a little under half an inch per month, the only reason I can tell is because thats normally when i check to see if my hair needs re dying wish it grew a little faster than that, but ah well - it's a waiting game!

Oh yeah! How does that speed up hair growth? Like lavender oil?

Yeah, I'm using peppermint just now in my shampoo, and in my castor oil mixture. It increases blood flow to the scalp which stimulates faster hair growth, supposedly we'll see!

I'm averaging a 1/2-3/4 inch a month. Started my intentional growing on October of 2013. Did not measure because I did not know how but once I did start measuring that's what I figured.
