jane I think that's sweet and not weird

Is something like this going on? I'm not sure how it works. But I have a few hair toys I could contribute. If I don't hear back here in a few weeks, I may post them on the Swap board.

    Specifically:

    - three prong wenge Jeter, 6"? (not my color but as a Jeter, I expect someone would really like it)

    - two prong tulipwood 60th street, 5"? (very pretty, I just don't wear it often)

    - maybe two copper forks/pins, 3" (would work for small buns, halfups, or extra securing)

    - maybe two simple black sticks, 7" (my basic starter set)

    - maybe Celtic iron stick, 7"? (very epic, and looks like Tatsu. It requires a fair amount of non-fragile hair to work. I have a set of two and only need one.)

(The maybe means I'm deciding whether I want to keep them or not, but if someone would really appreciate them, I'll gladly pass them on.)

Has anyone heard from DweamGoiL recently? I really hope she's ok, it looks like her last post on here was from February.

That's an interesting question... Her profile says she's from NYC.

Can anyone send her an email?

Oh heck, for sure she was in NYC, I’ve swapped with her. I am concerned. She is a sweetheart of a LHCer.

    That's no good at all.

Can you contact the person that hosted the swap you were in and have them email her? Is this the sort of thing mods could help with?

I'm going to flag this convo to see if they can help.

Since DweamGoil doesn't have e-mail from LHC enabled, I don't think it would be appropriate to use our mod powers to e-mail her. However, I'm sure a lot of people have her contact info from swaps. Worst case, I could write to her mailing address, which I have from a previous swap. I hope she is okay and just busy!

I think I remember seeing a post from DweamGoiL saying that she wanted to wrap up this thread and so she did a push to send out the remaining items. I can’t remember where I saw the post though.

Maybe someone else could take it forwards? The simplest solution is probably to list items on a first come first served basis, and send the items out directly. It’s a huge commitment otherwise.

ETA: I might be completely wrong! I think new items have been added since I thought the thread was wrapped up. I wasn’t on the forum for a short while earlier this year and think I’ve had a brain fart

I have a mailing address for her, but not an e-mail address. She has quite a large amount of my hair toys I donated to the thread; she was planning on trying to get them out this summer sometime. I hope life has just gotten really busy for her and she's ok.
