Your hair colour - natural, dyed, or henna

In the past I bleached and colored my hair often so it became very damaged. Atm I try to achieve healthy hair and color it with henna!

Currently have all 3 on my head. Inch of natural regrowth, light brown chemical dye over henna and bleach.

I had very dark brown hair in my youth and dyed it black. Two or three weeks later it turned bright orange on the ends. Gave up on dyes since then and have had virgin hair for the last forty-odd years.

I know hair dye science has advanced since then but the upkeep is just too much for me to consider doing it. I have mousy brown/grey hair now and would love a platinum/silver but...nah.

Strangely, I've never really wanted to dye my hair. Any time I try to imagine what color I'd choose, I don't like it any better than what I already have.

I first used henna at 12. Started dyeing/bleaching my hair from 15 to 32. I shaved everything off and started all over again. I hennaed my hair a year after that which was almost 4 years ago. I am now allowing the grays to take over.

Well, it's sort of a mess on my head I have used henna months ago but my natural hair have grown out, and I have two strands chemically dyed (green and pink) !

I'm about 3 months out from my last dye, planning on making it to at least the end of the year but at this point I think I'm done with dye.

I dyed my hair black once, years ago. I have also used vegetable dyes on the ends a few years ago. Just a hint of colour in some places: that was fun. I haven’t bothered with it in years though.

Currently my top part is dyed/bleached, but my buzzed parts mostly natural I put a purple on it briefly but it didn't really stick

My hair is currently natural, but I'll dye it with a temporary black dye every once in a while.
