    What is your current length?
Tailbone, with taper... The longest hairs are inching towards classic and the shortest ones are still passing hip. >.<

How do you wash your hair? (shampoo, CWC, CO, WO, other?)
Most recently I've been using shampoo bars, but coconut oil shampoo with non-sulfate shampoo also works well for me. I CO once in a while when I feel like I need a really gentle cleansing, but it doesn't work long term for me.

How often do you wash your hair?
    Around every seven days.

    What are your favourite products?
Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle shampoo and conditioner, CV shampoo bars and Suave for SMTs

What shampoo are you currently using (if you use shampoo)?
CV shampoo bars, or the tea tree shampoo.

What conditioner are you currently using?
Trader Joe's Tea Tree conditioner, I use it as a leave in after CV bars, or Suave SMT.

Do you oil your hair? If yes, which oil/s do you use?
Coconut oil almost daily, olive or mineral oil sometimes.

Do you use oil as a pre-poo treatment?
Not often, coconut oil is expensive, and I'd rather apply a teaspoon after my wash than a tablespoon before.

Do you deep condition your hair? If yes, what do you use?
Not regularly. Maybe every two months when I think of it I'll do an SMT with coconut oil and honey.

How do you wear your hair on most days?
Up in a bun 99% of the time.

Do you only air-dry your hair?
Pretty much, I don't own a blowdryer. If it's super cold and it's evening I'll dry it loose sitting in front of the fire to speed up the process.

    Do you use sulphates?
Absolutely not. They irritate the heck out of my scalp.

    Do you use cones?
Once in a blue moon I use some super silicone-y leave in, but I don't use it regularly because I'm not sure if my cleansers are strong enough to remove any build up.

    Comb or brush?
    Tangle Teezer and combs.

Your top tip for growing to tailbone or longer?
Benign neglect and a healthy diet. For me personally because my hair grows slowly, only trimming split ends and allowing my hair to fairytale until I get to my goal length, otherwise I'd be cutting off my growth all the time trying to maintain a full hemline.

I like this thread, it's interesting to see people's routines all laid out like this.

ETA: I just read through this after posting and realized I didn't mention acidic rinses anywhere! I do a citric acid rinse after every shampoo, it makes my scalp and my length happy.

    What is your current length?

Currently at classic. The longest I have gotten was fingertip.

How do you wash your hair? (shampoo, CWC, CO, WO, other?)

I usually CO, but S&C about once a month to every six weeks depending on if my hair feels like it has build up.

How often do you wash your hair?

    Every other day.

    What are your favourite products?

I don't know that I have favorites other than the S & C listed below. I use ACV and catnip every time I cleanse. My favorite hair dye is Elumen.

What shampoo are you currently using (if you use shampoo)?

    Suave Wild Cherry.

What conditioner are you currently using?

    Suave Wild Cherry.

Do you oil your hair? If yes, which oil/s do you use?

Very, very rarely, every few months or so. I use argan and/camellia.

Do you use oil as a pre-poo treatment?

No. I only use it before I CO.

Do you deep condition your hair? If yes, what do you use?

Not often. I am more likely to do an herbal treatment with seaweed, random hair friendly herbs, and what ever else I can think of.

How do you wear your hair on most days?

75% bun, 20% braid, 5% high pony or loose.

Do you only air-dry your hair?

Typically, because I am lazy. I will occasionally use a dryer when I am dyeing my hair or for a special occasion.

    Do you use sulphates?

I currently only use a sulfate shampoo. Unless I am clarifying near my scalp for hair dye application, I typically shampoo from the ears down because my scalp hates sulfates.

    Do you use cones?

    Very rarely.

    Comb or brush?

    Tangle Teezer.

Your top tip for growing to tailbone or longer?

Patience. Listen to your hair. Trim it if it needs it, clean it when it needs it, change your routine when it needs it. Don't be afraid to have some fun with it or you might get bored and be more tempted to cut if off.
My routine has changed since starting to use Rogaine regularly to try to regain some thickness. I still cleanse every other day, but I use T/Sal shampoo, followed by my beloved Suave Wild Cherry conditioner. A vinegar rinse and catnip leave in follow.

    What is your current length?

    Tailbone

How do you wash your hair? (shampoo, CWC, CO, WO, other?)

I wash about every 3-4 days, basically when it feels like it needs it. I use Tresemme low sulphate shampoo but I'm not really fussy and will use whatever is handy. I only shampoo my crown.

How often do you wash your hair?

Around every 3-4 days. Some times more, sometimes less.

    What are your favourite products?

    I'm not terribly fussed.

What shampoo are you currently using (if you use shampoo)?

    Tresseme low sulphate

What conditioner are you currently using?

Herbal Essences Hello Hydration. I also leave it on my hair and don't rinse it.

Do you oil your hair? If yes, which oil/s do you use?

Only the very ends. I use Organix Hydrating Macadamia Dry Styling Oil.

Do you use oil as a pre-poo treatment?

    No

Do you deep condition your hair? If yes, what do you use?

No. But I recently had it hennaed and it has really conditioned and softened it.

How do you wear your hair on most days?

In a braid held with a stick.

Do you only air-dry your hair?

I usually wash a night and it mostly dries overnight. That is only because I can't be bothered to blow dry though. I've been known to dry my hair with a flat iron so I'm not anti heat.

    Do you use sulphates?

Yes. My current shampoo is low sulphate though

    Do you use cones?

Yep. I don't have an issue with them.

    Comb or brush?

Comb when wet, brush when dry.

Your top tip for growing to tailbone or longer?

Appreciate the hair you have and don't hope for hair that is someone else's. I was frustrated with my hair for many years because I just didn't realise it was wavy and it's frizziness drove me mad. Wanting curly hair when you're straight, or thick hair when yours is thin is just going to make you feel bad because you'll focus on what you're not rather than enjoying what you are. I do believe that genetics are going to play a big part of the range of what you can and can't have with respect to hair and if you can find a way to work happily within what nature has given you, you'll be much happier, no matter your length.

    What is your current length?
The bottom of my calves when pulled straight, otherwise a couple of inches below knee.

How do you wash your hair? (shampoo, CWC, CO, WO, other?)
S&C. In the shower. No, seriously, I used to do it in the sink.

How often do you wash your hair?
Scalp wash only every 2 or 3 days; this is more often than I'd like but I have seborrhoeic dermatitis and thorough cleaning keeps the flakes away. Full wash including conditioner when it's needed - somewhere between one and three months.

    What are your favourite products?
I like V05's Moisture Milks. Cheap and effective.

What shampoo are you currently using (if you use shampoo)?
V05 Shea Cashmere, and every now and then a clarifying shampoo (currently using Tresemmé). My hair loves clarifying. "Clarify me! Clarify me!" it squeaks. No, I tell it sternly, it's not good for you to be clarified too often. You have to wait until next week.

What conditioner are you currently using?
Lush Retread. I've been using it for over a year now and love it!

Do you oil your hair? If yes, which oil/s do you use?
Sort of. If the effects of my conditioner start to wear off I'll use a smidgeon of jojoba oil or, more often, a dollop of Hask Argan Oil.

Do you use oil as a pre-poo treatment?
Not lately, but I used to do an almond oil treatment the night before washing and liked the results.

Do you deep condition your hair? If yes, what do you use?
No. At least, I don't think so. What is deep conditioning?

How do you wear your hair on most days?
Usually a nautilus bun with a single hairstick. If my hair's too freshly washed and won't behave I'll put it in Harpgal's Pinless Braided Bun. If I'm feeling fancy, a Celtic Knot bun with two hairsticks looks pretty good.

Do you only air-dry your hair?
No. If I'm in a hurry I'll blow-dry my scalp hair (usually do scalp-only washes, remember), but never at full blast and never the length.

    Do you use sulphates?
Yes. I haven't found a truly gentle non-sulphate shampoo yet.

    Do you use cones?
No. ETA: Oh hang on, I forgot there's dimethiconol in the argan oil. So I'm not completely 'cone-free at the moment, but I don't use it often.

    Comb or brush?
Both. Wide-toothed horn combs and boar bristle brushes.

Your top tip for growing to tailbone or longer?
Don't cut it. Seems obvious, but it's surprising how many people don't get that concept.
