POLL: What kind of hair elastics do you use?

These hair ties are the only kind I use from the dollar tree. They stretch to the thickest hair and don't snag.... plus, they are VERY comfortable.

I have so many lol For tying off my braids I like the mini or small goody elastics (the regular fabric ones not the plastic ones). I also have a bunch of satin and velvet scrunchies from Amazon for ponytails and the occasional bun. And a handful of ribbon ones for braids but they stretch out much faster than the regular ones.

I use a silk scrunchie it's the only thing that doesn't snag my hair.

I use pieces of scrap fabric or embroidery thread to tie off braids. I tend toward no elastic buns and use sticks and forks instead. I get a lot of breakage from even metal free elastics so I just don't use them.

Silk satin scrunchies! They've made a big difference for me and never cause my hair to snag.

Depends. For ponytails and buns I like the invisibobble ones and for finishing braids I use the goody ones without any metal on them.
