Hello, I cut my henna hair to long bob and now I'm waiting for it to grow back. I think the realistic goal is APL in a year or two.

Lately I've been doing rinse-out-oil treatment with sunflower seed oil and deep treatment, that I mix with aloe gel and fenugreek seed gel. This gives really awesome shine!

I just tried the Condition-Wash-Condition method for a change today. I can see it could be good for dry, damaged, curly or extra-long hair, because it would help you protect the lengths a bit from getting shampoo on them where you don't need it so much.

Gently dry-combing and detangling (with LOTS of oil that is doubling as a oil treatment) before getting ready to wash.

Just put up my hair in a topknot for the night. Have a nice rather short fork that works well for that.

Getting ready for bed, just secured my silk cap by tying a knot at the back with a hair tie and putting on a headband. Does anyone have any recommendations for silk caps that actually stay on? To be fair, I toss and turn so much I wake up with half my bedding on the floor, but still.

It's strange, I don't find the smell of Dream Lengths as nice in summer as I did in winter. Perhaps I have gotten too used to those scrumptious Garnier Hair Food Masks in the fruity flavours.
Ahh, this reminded I need to buy backups of the conditioner, deep conditioner and leave in from the Dream Lengths line! El Vive is probably my favorite drugstore brand. I remember it working on my hair even when it wasn't chemically straightened. Truly a classic.

You could try a bonnet over the cap?

Especially the No Haircut Leave-In Cream, that stuff is amazing!
