I washed my hair today and couldn't be bothered doing the double conditioning. It actually made a difference! After only doing it a few times, my hair has decided that it very much likes its extra Garnier Hair Food Mask between the regular shampoo and conditioner, and it missed it. I have 'made a rod for my own back'. A banana or papaya rod.

Finally was able to sit down, wash and detangle my hair, condition and oil, and braid it up. My hair and scalp are nice and clean now.

Might wash my hair soon and give it a good soak with some olaplex 4p for a boost

So happy I've finally learned not to rinse conditioner out too much. Really just a little touch with cold water for my deep treatment and after that an apple cider vinegar rinse with about 1 liter of cold water with maybe half decilitre of acv. That's just enough rinsing and my hair is easy to brush through when it's dry

I've just washed my hair, too. Today was 27degC and humid, it's one of the great pleasures in life to wash your hair after a hot sticky day. Mmmmm, fresh hair!
