My first deep conditioning treatment in over a year. My hair is wrapped up under some cling film under a wooly cap and soon I’ll shower and wash it out. Excited to see how it feels tomorrow!

I did one of those yesterday. I struggle with a lot of anxiety and for some reason, S&D is really relaxing and feels therapeutic.

Hair is most of the way dry and up in a braided bun tucked in my silk lined beanie for bed!

Did a very basic capillary schedule wash that really has no rhyme nor reason trying to use up more products.

Did a microtrim because last week on the equinox it was nice and I wanted to be outside. I also washed using the OCWOCCO method

Just did a little S&D with my brand-new shears. Maybe I'm more split-prone than I thought, I found quite a few.

Actually succeeded at finishing drying my hair with it draped over the edge of the bed/my pillow. (I ended up taking a cat nap this afternoon. Feeling a little better for it.)

Scalp massage with a little oil, gently removing the sheds, and then braiding for bed.
