Woke up two hours early having a major panic attack, so I decided I'd deep treat my hair with a growth oil blend, come downstairs and take my meds and try to calm down. I'll shower in an hour or so and then get on with my day. I got out of the habit of using the oil blend frequently, and I missed it because it smells so nice and is so good for my hair even if it doesn't actually promote growth. Trying to get back in the habit of using it two hours before I wash my hair.

Deep conditioning my hair for a hair wash in the morning. I've slathered it in some garnier fructis smoothie macadamia hair food and put in twin braids that I'll be sleeping in. My hair seems to love sitting in this stuff all night before being washed. My hair comes out feeling really nourished.

Combing and brushing it after having done some S&D.

My hair is done air-drying and it's currently receiving braid therapy. That's definitely a thing for my hair.

I've just shampooed and deep conditioned my hair using Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo + Conditioner, and I applied the Stabilizer Plus pre-conditioning treatment. Then, I deep conditioned using Garnier Fructis Banana Hair Mask for 15 minutes. As my leave-in I used the Garnier Fructis Banana Hair Mask and also Isoplus Wrap Lotion. Now, I'm sitting here letting it air dry up to 4 or 5 hours or until it's 100% dry. Then, I'm going to blow dry on low heat for only 5 minutes.

Applied a mixture of oils (jojoba, black seed, lavender, rosemary, peppermint, teatree, camphor) to my scalp and gave myself a head massage. I will wash it out in an hour.

My scalp was unexpectedly oily this week (period hormones? due to clarifying last weekend? who knows) so I had a rare mid-week wash day. It's now up in a turbie twist and I'm gonna take it down and blow dry the roots a bit before bed, I promise :P

Air drying after a successful box dye that finally has me closer to my natural color. I trusted an unfamiliar brand and ended up with an awful red that was supposed to be dark but lightened my base and left me ginger. It's nice to be back to my normal shade. Happily, I've been babying my hair and it doesn't seem too roughed up after all the fuss.

Oiling overnight and then in the morning will wash with shampoo and let conditioner sit for 30 minutes before rinsing out (is this a "deep condition"?). I've been doing this combination twice a week for a few weeks now, and my hair is loving it by becoming more soft and less tangly.
