How Often Do We Oil Our Beautiful Hair

Are you an oiler? If so, is it a weekly thing? More often? Heavy or light? Coconut oil? Jojoba?

At least weekly here. Usually a couple of times a week. I would add a touch of oil daily but I am a forgetful thing.

I put a tiny bit of coconut oil on my ends daily, before bed. It's well absorbed by morning. And a heavy oiling the night before a wash, which is once or twice a week.

Yes, we really do. I'm wondering if coconut is going to be enough for the winter. Perhaps a drop of jojoba in there?

I find that oiling my beard ends up transferring to the hair on my head. I started with jojoba and moved on to Argan because it's so light and manageable. I'm interested in trying coconut oil at some point.

My wife used a little argan once a week until going poo-free (WO).

At least four times a week with coconut oil with peppermint, tea tree, and rosemary added in. I put it on before I get in the pool to teach my classes, so it's like a hot oil treatment under my swim cap while I work.
