How Often Do We Oil Our Beautiful Hair

I soak my hair about every two weeks with olive + coconut, and I have just recently started using coconut almost daily for my dryish ends. Works wonders!

I use olive oil before washing during the winter. I can not use it in the summer. I use argon oil on ends every day. I use a deep conditioner once a week and regular conditioner from ears down. My hair doesn't like coconut oil. I haven't tried almond oil yet.

Properly oiling, I oil with coconut oil every couple of weeks.

But I also have left coconut or argan in before as a leave in, I may again once I've worked out my wavy/CG routine if needed.

I oil at least once a week, usually more, with coconut oil. It depends on how my hair is feeling. It's always a moderate to heavy-ish oiling, since light oilings don't really do anything for me. My hair is usually up, so it looks no worse for wear. That and it has texture so having it oiled may make it look like it has a little product in it for curl/wave definition.

I oil before washing, so twice a weak. I put two tablespoons of coconut oil on my hair and keep it all night or a few hours. My hair is very dry, so it needs a lot of conditioning.

I chose weekly, although it's closer to several times a week, since I do a heavy coconut oil soak before washing my hair.

I voted daily, but it isn't that regular. Sometimes it is daily but sometimes its every other day or longer.

I voted daily, but I don't know if the amount I use on a daily basis really counts.

Daily I only lightly mist my hair with oil and comb it through, and twice a week after I wash my hair I rub oil into the ends. I don't think that this is excessive.
