I use castor oil as a leave-in. Since it's winter, I apply a few drops each day.
Occasionally (every few months or less)
Often (every two weeks or so)
Weekly (faithfully at least once a week)
Daily (addicted, need my fix every day)
I prefer cheese.
I do my scalp only when washing so once a week and my ends as much as possible

Argan oil on my length daily. I use a medium amount, I don't mind my hair looking oily as long as I'm not going anywhere. It protects it well. I use castor oil with a good carrier oil on my scalp once every 2 weeks. And a heavy oil treatment I make myself once a week with a mixture of different oils depending on what my hair needs, always including olive oil and let that sit between a few hours to a day, then wash.

Still doing my oil rinse, weekly, every time I wash. I don't think I'll ever quit doing this!![]()
After trying many different oils, I found that jojoba oil is the only one that fully absorbs and doesn’t make my fine, thin hair greasy-looking. I totally LOVE what jojoba does to my ends. They get really soft and bendy and it makes me happy in my heart to see that rather than the stiff dry ends I had before I knew how to care for my hair properly.
Umm...I’ve never oiled my hair. I’m starting to wonder if I’m missing out on something!
Letting my hair do whatever it wants to do!
I really like using coconut oil on my hair but I’m learning that if it’s cold outside and the coconut oil is solid at room temperature, it’s not as effective when I use it in my hair. So I’m switching over to olive oil for colder months.
I use sweet almonds oil and avocado oil when I remember, so occasionally. I want to do it more often but feel lazy.
