Twice a week after a wash, with a sweet-almond and sweetgrass mix.
Occasionally (every few months or less)
Often (every two weeks or so)
Weekly (faithfully at least once a week)
Daily (addicted, need my fix every day)
I prefer cheese.
I use almond and sometimes coconut or olive oil. I usually do what I think is considered a heavy oiling right out of the shower (ETA: I CO-wash weekly) on damp hair and then add more almost every day when I re-braid my hair. I just can't deal with my bleach- and heat-fried hair without it being drowned in oil all the time. That's really the only thing that lets me put up with it. I keep it in a braid all the time so all of the oil just makes my braid looks shiny and makes it take longer for it to get spiky.

No oil is ever used here in substantial quantities. It's one or two drops of MO on the ends, weekly, whenever my serums can't be put on my hair for some reason.
I oil weekly with olive or coconut oil as a deep treatment. I switch back and forth but I'm seeing better results with olive oil. I use baby/mineral oil every two days to seal moisture.
Haven't updated my avatar in awhile, maybe soon.
I use extra virgin olive oil about once a week (though I am wanting to try almond oil.) Coconut oil used to be my main one, but that began to make my ends feel weird.

I oiled my hair with EVOO twice... trying to get it out was not pleasant. However, once my hair gets longer and I can actually do styles that tuck away the ends, I may attempt oiling again.
ETA: We used to have this really thick conditioner type stuff with a lot of Argan oil in it, and it did wonders for my hair! I may try to get myself some more argan oil

I voted weekly, because its the most fitting description. Although, it may vary a lot:
I sometimes oil the lenghts before washing my hair to protect my dry ends from the shampoo; other times, I use a pair of drops of jojoba oil on freshly washed, wet hair. Sometimes, I do an oil treatment with a heavier oil like EVOO.
As a leave in, I use argan, jojoba or sweet almond oil; looking forward to try apricot kernel oil, too!
