How paranoid are you about damage?

I dyed and bleached my hair for almost 10 years. So, I am not paranoid at all but now that it is still very damaged, I pay more attention

When trying to grow it I get paranoid about everything. I hate being hasty with hair combing and hearing a strand of hair break.

I am very, very paranoid about damaging my hair, which is why it was so odd of me to dye it a year ago. Even from one time dye, I notice the damage. I wish I could chop it all out now, but I’ll patiently wait to grow it out.

I think I'm a good level of cautious. I don't rip the brush through my hair or dye or heat style and I've noticed a huge difference in my hair condition. i look at photos of myself in my 20's and my hair just looks so abused compared to now. I've come a long way that's for sure.

I'm so worried with my short hair that while im growing it out im gonna do something to damage it and i really want WL hair so i would be so upset.

I'm not paranoid anymore. I found out that my hair is pretty resistent to damage, so I'm starting to "neglect" it.

Yep. Paranoid freak here. Though I got highlights all over for the first time in my life. But I went crazy buying masks and special shampoos. I am washing it more frequently though as I am using a dry shampoo paste instead of a spray. The paste doesn't work as well absorbing oil. But if I am off and since I can't go out d/t COVID, I let it go unwashed a n.v d gross for as long as possible.

I think not as paranoid as I should be... I've bleached/dyed parts of my hair in the past, which I know isn't good for your hair, and I wear it loose more often then I wear it up (trying to change that)

I'm a 2 on the poll but gradually creeping along to 3 I have a satin pillowcase, but I still do stupid things to it like dye it every month, but I want to take care of it more now since I've gotten obsessively focused on having it long

I'm Paranoid about my split ends :') but I dont do much about it, or to really prevent it... I dont brush my hair like a barbar anynore, and now use a wooden brush thinking it could be better for me :') but I still hate my face when there is no hair arround it so if I put my hair up or braid them, I still keep the front hair loose.
