I wash it two times a week because less makes it greasy and matted. I think I need this much because my scalp feels unhealthy if too greasy, which might not help with growth

I wash my hair every other day when I need it to look nice down, or every third day if I can wear it up. If I don't have anywhere to go though, I'll stretch it up to four since I feel like it's better for my hair and my scalp doesn't get itchy or anything, which I've heard happens to some people.

since lockdown about twice a week, maybe three sometimes. Prior to lockdown every day!!!
I have discovered my hair just doesn't need washing every day. I'm never going back to that routine, and it's so much quicker to get ready in the mornings.

Every ~2-4 days as needed. If I go longer without washing, my hair starts to fall out with all the oiliness due to my sensitive scalp, paired with headaches! Sucks but oh well. My mom is the same way. It's the same with oiling my scalp too (so I don't anymore), causes it to fall. I used to get upset but I've since learned that this can be pretty common, so it's not just me at least! Oh, life. Anyways!

Once a week right now, because it's our cold weather season. But in the warm/hot weather I wash twice a week.

Every 3-4 days, I try (APL up). But then there's times like this where I didn't have time to wash it before going away for the weekend, and now it's day 6 and my scalp is screaming
