Hello my LHC amigos, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted! My life has changed a lot since the last time, I finally got my own house and moved out of my parents house. I’m living on a beautiful lake now…and my hair has gotten a bit longer too

My trick to grow longer is to put my hair in a bun and forget it’s there, you reach the next goal in no time lol whenever I track the growth too much it feels like it takes forever!

Shug, your hair is amazing!! I swear every time I think tailbone is my ultimate goal, some beautiful LHCer comes along and moves that milestone with their amazing locks.

I went to the salon for the first time in almost a year, and had a really good visit! My hairdresser understands my goal of scalp health and length retention, and is supportive of my microtrimming strategy. We trimmed (so I'll add 2-4 weeks before my next microtrim), added more of a U-shape hemline and face framing, clarified, did a K18 treatment and hydrating mask, and finished with a blowout and mini photo/video shoot for her instagram. The below pics are obvs just bathroom selfies
