Fresh salad (lettuce, leek, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese) and fish (saithe).

So far today I've eaten a bowl of cheerios cereal with milk, and I dranked a cup of black coffee for breakfast, and for my afternoon snack I ate an orange, and for lunch I'm planning on eating some pork n beans and franks with a cherry coke zero, and some cookies and ice cream for dissert. Then, for my evening snack I will eat 2 slabs of gram crackers, Then, for super I'm planning on eating a sandwich an a half of peanut butter with jelly and to drink another cherry coke zero.

Hey, I've heard some great things about Greek yogurt! I've been wanting to try some for a long time. I know that it's very good for you. Especially like you said, the probiotic benefits. I hate sour tasting food too! I also hope it did you good too! Let me know how it did for you.

I also love peanut butter and bannas too. I also can't live without bananas too....I know a celebrity that eats that meal. It is Jessica Simpson. I remember reading in a magazine that she loves to eat that as a snack. I do too!

Mashed potatos (not sure if there's anything for hair there to be honest, maybe some vitamins!), cucumber, tomato and zander.

So far so good..i have always suffered with terrible heartburn but when i take some greek yogurt it just vanishes and stays away for days at a time, the strange thing is my digestive issues cause me to shed lots of hair...this sour tasing stuff stops it,the things we do to keep our hair lol,but oh gosh its so not nice! i am going to start on probiotic pills this week to see what happens..

I am trying to eat a Mediterranean diet as much as possible. Today, I had steel cut oats with raisins for breakfast, bananas with peanut butter for lunch and then a bowl of homemade vegetable soup with a plate of sauteed haddock for dinner. I purchased too many green beans for the soup so I made a green bean lathera for lunch tomorrow. My husband will be so happy! The recipe is from my favorite Mediterranean website. Give it a try! https://www.olivetomato.com/greek-st...lakia-lathera/
