Today I had leftover homemade potato salad (no mayo) for breakfast, along with scrambled eggs and cheese
For lunch I'm making my favorite pink pasta (beets-based sauce) with white beans.
And dessert is homemade carrot cake.
I also take cod liver oil and hair vitamin (biotin, selenium and zinc) daily for hair.
