But on that note... I betrayed myself yesterday and had pizza. It was a super nice pizza, though! Smoked reindeer, kebab, pineapple, and Aura cheese (a type of blue cheese). Super busy day, and no way of cooking, so it is what it is!

I'm one of those crazy people who think that pineapple definitely belongs on pizza! Here, people are quite passionately split on that matter. I can imagine that reindeer would sound quite exotic indeed!
As of today, I'm still fasting. I don't think my body can handle another day of "normal" carb-containing food. I am definitely feeling it

Too much, apparently.
I got on the bathroom scales after quite a few weeks of what I thought was 'better eating' to find that I hadn't lost one kilo.
I had stopped buying my favourite chocolate biscuits (English use of the word 'biscuits', of course, not the American South ones with gravy) as well.

I can definitely relate to the "too much coffee" I think it was my grandma that once told me that drinking black coffee is good for the hair, but I have no idea if it's true or not.
Cottage cheese, protein drink, turkey sandwich on whole grain sourdough, homemade chicken soup, pumpkin seed oil supplements, multivitamin, and about 1 liter of water.
I've been trying to eat healthy and get enough protein to meet my hair health and fitness goals but my stomach has been so messed up this week. I've had a lot of days mostly eating crackers and rice porridge :/

Ham and egg sandwich.
Salad of cabbage, apple, carrot, baby beetroot, chopped fresh coriander leaves and lots of garlic hummus.
Can of tuna with tomato and basil.
Lemon Greek yoghurt.
AND chocolate biscuits and hazelnut flavoured coffee. Because apparently it doesn't make any difference if I give them up. Hah!
