Watermelon, chicken fried steak, green beans, and sweet bread rolls
I've been eating organic black beans (or organic lentils) with spinach, avocado, grape tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil on top of gluten free bread.... for almost a month now. My hair is shedding waaaaaayyyyy less. I'm barely losing shed hair now. I also include MyKind Organics Women's Multi Gummy (1/2 serving) in the morning.

Lots of cashew nuts, yoghurt and vitamins.
Scrambled eggs, toast, oranges, grits, and baked cheesy marinara ziti
Strawberry yogurt, garlic chicken followed by treacle sandwiches for desert!
Korean pancakes - which are basically eggs, shredded crab sticks and veggies.
I'm still continuing with eating quite a bit of fruit, banana, raspberries (every day, 125gr), blueberries (every day, 250gr). And so that's been awesome. My gut agrees as well.![]()

Homemade kefir. I think next time I'll use whole milk instead of skim milk and let it sit a bit longer.

Today I had a smoothie with yogurt, flaxseed, spinach, and lots of berries. I also had some almond butter toast. The almond is the significant part, not so much the toast.
Salmon soup. Skyr with heavy cream and some blueberries (bilberries, not artificially grown). Organic coffee. Electrolytes and vit. D.
