    Just finished my workout, gonna have a protein powder shake with my breakfast, with my vitamin. Need to increase my water consumption a lot but I tend to forget when I get busy during the day.

    Pulled pork. Cheesy oven sausage. Some sort of clams. Dark chocolate with hazelnut enjoyed with unsweetened almond milk. Coffee and tea with heavy cream. A few raspberries. Electrolytes, vitamin D3, and B1.

    Baroque bun with a beef burger patty ,pineapple, cheese and avocado. It was delicious!

    I just can't get enough of raspberries ATM. I think I bought 4 packages already, 250 grams each in the space of 1 week. I just love 'em. I had some blueberries (about 300 grams) this week too. And a banana. I think I'm good on fruit.

    2 pills of Collagen supplement and magnesium
    1 cup of avocado smoothie
    1 cup of smoothie of banana + cocoa powder + 1 tsp of protein

    it was a smoothie day
