    Nachos, ground meat, bell pepper, onion and cheese. Bread with cheese. Protein shake. Tortilla with soy, lettuce, tomato, feta and mayo. Water, tea and supplements.

    Kefir

    Big salad with kale, chicken, chickpeas, quinoa, celery, broccoli, boiled eggs, and strawberries and blueberries. Yum!

    +multivitamins and lots of water

    Scrambled eggs. Cherry tomatoes and rye bread with cheese. Yogurt. A banana. Salad (lettuce, tomato, a piece of salmon, some herb potatoes, honey mustard dressing). A protein bar. Water, tea and supplements.
