Porridge made with milk. Huge portion of whole wheat and egg noodles with chicken breast, red cabbage, radishes, cherry tomatoes, vegetable fried rice(peas, sweet corn, green beans, broccoli)lots of olive oil on things. Turkey burgers. Slices of salami![]()

Homegrown: Lettuce, spring onions, strawberries and oregano.
Also: Chicken, avocado, oranges, mangoes, cornflakes, yoghurt and milk.
I had rice with chicken and then Island Mango tea with Swiss Rolls for breakfast today.
Omelette for breakfast, quinoa, falafel burger patty and broccolini for lunch, leftover Chinese for dinner and strawberries for dessert!
On the menu today: coconut water, goat cheese salad with walnuts & avocado, some fruit and Thai veggie spring rolls.
Oily fish, fruit&yoghurt smoothie (home made, no crappy sugars added) salad. We'll see what dinner brings but I see some form of veggie strirfry on the horizon![]()
