How Do You Wear Your Hair to Sleep?

I mostly sleep with it down/loose. Sometimes I'll sleep with braids or twist-outs.

I almost always wear mine in either one or two braids at night depending on how wavy I want my hair to be the next day.

I always sleep with it down, because it's the most comfortable for me.

Depends on how tired I am. If I'm pretty tired (most nights) I will just leave it down. Sometimes I do two braids, one on each side. I find that one single braid gets down my back and annoys me laying on it.

I shower right before bed and my hair hates to be messed with when wet or damp so i leave it down.

Stuffed into a silk cap. Somehow, it doesn't tangle. It baffles me, but I'm 100% okay with it since it's not yet long enough to braid.

I'm also curious about wearing a sleeping cap. Do you just wear your hair loose in the sleeping cap or do you put it up first? And where did you get one?

I bought my sleep cap at 'Silky the cap'. It's fabulous! You can laeve your hair free in it. I did have to wash it once to get a little shrinkage for my head, but it works Great.

I usually wear my hair in double French braids because they hold better, but sometimes I get too tired/lazy and sleep with it down.

I tend to end up regretting it, since my hair is REALLY thick and it tangles like whoa.

I sleep with mine down and toss it up over my pillow, I also have a satin pillow case so I hardly ever have tangles

I like to braid my hair before sleeping, at this moment my hair is a bit too short for it though.
