    Default Spock bun trouble

    Hi all
I seem to have trouble doing a Spock bun. The loop where my thumb is always feels loose no matter what I do. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?
I tried to google this for a thread but all it came up with was sock buns so apologies if there is already a thread on this.

On me, the part where my thumb goes always is looser than the other side of the bun. But I can still wedge a fork firmly there and it will stay all day.

Just make the loop narrower than you think it should be. Afterwards you can make it wider by pulling softly on the loops before you can insert the hair stick. Please keep in mind, that the thinner the stick, the narrower the loops should be.
