Default Oil warming for the inversion method

I need to use oil warmed in hot water for the inversion method. I need only about a spoon of it but I'm afraid it will ruin the rest.

I run the jar under hot water or temporarily put it in a bowl filled with hot water.

Warming up multiple times shouldn't be a problem for most oils with high % of saturated fats in their composition.
I do this a lot with coconut oil and red palm oil which solidify at low temperatures. I would not do this with essential oils, of course.

What oil are you using? Anything fragile?

It's argan oil. I'm not sure where that puts it.

Why don't you just put a spoonful of oil in a small bowl and warm it up then? You don't need to warm up the entire container if you're just going to use a small amount.

I pretty much have to do this with coconut oil because it's completely solid here in the UK at room temp.
